Prior to starting SecuraCore, Matt Schaberg worked in in the custom home automation space. When a project was finished, he often noticed a disconnect between the way a custom integrator and homeowner viewed a finished project.  Matt realized that many of the goals of homeowner; easy to use, affordable, reliable and personalized, greatly differed from those of a system integrator, which typically began with a custom design, followed by an expensive installation (from both the equipment manufacturer and system integrator) and an extremely high level of unsustainable after-installation customer service to address project deficiencies. 

 
Matt set out to build a more supportable model that required less customization and offered a better overall alignment with the goals of a homeowner. And with this SecuraCore was born. 


Today, SecuraCore focuses on maintaining the highest levels of training and certification with our hand-picked industry leading partners, which allows us to personalize these products to meet your unique needs.

The first step is to get in touch. After you do we’ll go through our signature smart home automation process to design a system that works best for you. Here’s what you can expect when working with SecuraCore.

  1. Introduction – We like our clients!  We want to get to know you, what is important to you and your technology preferences.  We’ll meet you virtually, at our showroom in Bend, at your home, or with your builder, architect or designer. 

  2. Design – We use amazing software to create your design in a visually appealing and easy-to-understand proposal, personalized to meet your technology preferences.

  3. Installation – During this step, our technology specialists will pre-wire or updated your home and then carefully install the devices that build the foundation of your smart home system.

  4. Personalization – Although we use products and systems that just work, we also like to take the time to ensure your phones, remotes and touchscreens deliver the notifications and control you require. Once your installation is complete, we’ll go through the system and further personalize it for you!

  5. Support - Once your system is fully installed and personalized, you can rest assured that we will be here to support your technology investment well into the future through remote system access, ongoing maintenance programs or onsite support calls.
